Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Items must be in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened albums, CDs, DVDs, or collectibles
• Photocards and trading cards
• Limited edition or exclusive merchandise
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
