MEOVV - [BITE NOW] 2nd EP Album

-All Sales are Final.

-Cancellations are not allowed for all items that
are pre-order items, so please be sure before you place an order. 

-For damaged or missing items, you must submit
an unboxing video. It should start with the shipping label and tape intact and
the video must clearly show what is missing or damaged, otherwise exchanges
will not be allowed.

-It can take up to 10-15 business days for it to arrive
at our facility after the stated release date (if there are unexpected delays
from customs) shipping will begin once available. Other purchased items
will be held until pre-orders are ready to ship

-Depending on versions, contents (cover, photo book, mini
book, photo cards, posters, etc.) in the official album package may vary.

-If an album has several versions, it will be randomly
sent out, unless album version selection is offered. 

-If your order contains pre-order and ready stock items,
it will be shipped out together once the pre-order products have been released.
